Solution

Create a backup first!

You can remove a sow from the Farm program as if she never existed as follows:

[1. input/Edit] - [1.1. Sows] - [1.1.9. Tools] - [1.1.9.4. Remove sow]

Note! Once the animal has been removed, it cannot be restored except by using a backup.
